The mission of the Flash Baseball/Full Tilt Softball sports program is to teach our young athletes the fundamentals of baseball/softball as well as the concepts of teamwork, commitment, and accountability; while maintaining a balance with the development of athletic skills. Through training and mentoring we want to instill strong character, values, respect, and life skills that will assist our athletes in growing and becoming responsible young adults and productive citizens in their community.
